Primary Function

Coordinate production line's daily in-process improvement and achieve management's goals and target.

Accountability

Report to Assistant Production Manager and Production Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Coordinate with production shift supervisor to deal with daily production issues.

2.Coordinate with production line ,ware house , engineering , planning, for issue tracking and follow up

3.Build 6s/house keeping system in clean room and implement to line to well maintain good 5s in PRENT Shanghai factory 2.

4.Do regular production line daily 5s audit and process audit.

5.Support shift supervisor on Safety & Health regulations audit, make sure it is fully adhered by all production staffs.

6.New Operators/LL orientation training and refresh training

7.New LL/MA leader TES training and re-fresh training.

8.Other work assigned by supervisor.

Position Specifications and Requirements

1.Degree/Diploma in engineering with minimum 3 years production experience in related field.

2.Industrial Engineering knowledge related

3.Able to work independently and resourceful.

4.Communicate well in English.

5.Computer literate.
