   1. Providing onsite desktop support to knowledge workers based at (but not limited to) Molex Shanghai and remote Sales offices reporting back to Shanghai BUs. This will include software package QA testing, deployment and post-deployment support

 2. Execution and compliance to Koch businesses IT policies and established process, where required to update to meet local regulatory requirement. 

 3. Respond and resolve assigned Incident Management tickets and requests to ensure that operational level agreement is met. 

 4. Provide support to all hardware equipment hosted (servers, networking equipment, PBX, IT appliances, etc) within the Shanghai datacenter to ensure high availability of IT services delivered by these equipment. 

 5. Execute global endpoints (inclusive of servers) security patching strategy to ensure a secure and predictable computing environment is maintain, as well as, meeting KPI goal. 

 6. Perform installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, backup/restore and troubleshooting of the network and server infrastructure.             

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: University Degree in Computer & application/ Computer science PREFERRED:  

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 1.       Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience 

 2.       Hands-on knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Management, GPOs and Microsoft network services, e.g. DNS, DHCP etc PREFERRED: IT certification e.g. MCSE or CCNP preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: 1.       Have extensive experience on deploying of desktop OS image, as well as, providing support to users in large environment 

 2.     General Networking skills 

 3.     Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

 4.       Resourceful, proactive and independent requiring minimum supervision. 

 5.       Technically adept and has an ability to pick up knowledge quickly PREFERRED: Experience with scripting languages, e.g. Powershell, VB Good spoken or written command of English language
