我们的策划走在公司的前沿，专注于行业调研与项目管理。作为峰会的策划，他们每年都需要负责策划几场重大会议，需要和高管确定会议日程，开发并且邀约高级别的演讲嘉宾，并且需要掌控项目团队工作确保整个流程按照计划顺利进行。

工作职责

1. 进行详细的行业调研，与高管确定会议内容；

2. 根据调研结果，为项目组深入挖掘，开发深入的销售、市场和项目线索；

3. 高级演讲嘉宾的邀请，确认及关系维护；

4. 在会议网站、手册等资料上发掘潜在客户；

5. 与市场及销售部紧密合作，必要时提供协助；

6. 活动现场支持以及与高管保持联系。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历；

2. 有商业头脑，聪明，善于沟通，有较强的说服力及影响力;

3. 自我激励，有目标，自信；·

4. 良好的英语及汉语听说读写能力；

5. 有工作热情，并能够激励他人；

6. 抗压能力强；

ROLE TITLE：Conference Producer

REPORT TO：Production Director

FUNCTION：Industry Research and Event Production

Our Producers are at the forefront of the company and specialize in industry research and project management. A Conference Producer is responsible for producing a targeted number of events per year；Structuring event agendas as a result of live telephone research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, project managing event campaigns and ensuring the profitability of entire projects; from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event. Throughout the production cycle they must work closely with marketing, sales and event management teams to ensure the smooth and profitable execution of each event.

Responsibilities

· Intensive primary research to ascertain and validate conference content with senior executives, plus some secondary publication and web research；

· Development of in-depth sales, marketing and project briefs summarizing the main findings of your research for the wider project team；

· Invitation, confirmation and management of ongoing relations with senior speakers;

· Creation of original, engaging sales copy for the event brochure, website and associated promotional pieces.

· Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and aid in the execution of comprehensive cross-functional strategies;

· Run events on-site, networking with senior executives and developing future business;

· A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s is preferred.
