职责：

1、洞悉市场行情，热销品类、款式、颜色、热门ip、话题度高的时尚类产品；

2、引进新品牌（成熟品牌优质工厂），熟悉各知名品牌货品资源，有品牌代工厂资源者更加；

3、采用各种合作模式，包括但不限于代销、采销、包销等各种策略获得商品；

4、与相关部门沟通交流，跟进入库进度，监督交付质量，保证产品按时入库；

5、走访各大核心供应商，抓取各品牌主要订单的款式信息，对采购，采买产品质量，价格，售后负责；

任职要求：

1、5年以上买手、采购或招商经验；

2、良好的沟通能力，与生俱来的好奇心与勇于探究的意识；

3、具备优秀的数据分析能力，对时尚潮流趋势敏感；

4、热爱零售行业，对服饰搭配有一定的见解；

5、可接受出差，能接受一定的压力

薪酬体系：Base（12-20K） +提成，平均综合在15-25k，年底会有0-6个月的绩效奖金

试用期：3个月，社保公积金入职缴纳，按照正常基数全额缴纳

工作时间：做五休二，目前周六基本需要加班（工作时间差不多996，周六加班可以调休，但不是一比一）

年龄要求：不超过40岁
