岗位职责：

1、全面负责食品工厂的生产运营、销售及人事管理。全面负责产品质量和成本控制，合理安排生产优先次序，合理分配人力物力，提高效率，完成工厂生产目标。

2、指导并组织完成工厂的关键考核指标：工厂利润、订单满足率、质量管控、安全、创新等。

3、 贯彻落实岗位责任制和工作标准，积极与采购、运营、市场、财务、质量等部门沟通协作，加强与有关部门的协作配合。

4、 负责组织编制年、季、月度生产作业、设备维修、安全环保计划，定期组织召开工厂月度生产计划排产会，及时组织实施、检查、协调、考核。

5、 熟悉ISO质量管理体系和6S现场管理，严格食品安全检测，确保达到国家规定标准，监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁。

6、 制定存货系统和库存控制系统，管理存货和提供解决方案。

7、 提高生产效率、提高产品质量，改善作业流程、降低生产成本。

8、 负责组织生产调度员、统计员、计划员、及车间级管理人员的业务指导和培训工作，并对其工作定期检查、考核和评比。

　　

任职资格：

1、专科及以上学历，专业不限。

2、五年以上食品生产工厂全面管理工作经验。

3、熟悉食品企业工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的和管理经验和实践经验。

4、熟悉食品行业生产工艺，精通食品行业产品质量规范，了解ISO质量管理体系和6S现场管理，具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验。

5、具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、协调能力、决策能力，较强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，以及很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
