The Shanghai CSTS Analyst will be part of Dublin team that supports all product escalations for PayPal Contact Centres worldwide with a strong focus on local and Business Units support.

CSTS Analyst will provide support on all escalations, be involved in Pre and Post Push bug fixes, be a major player in Push support, be involved in BCPs and serve as a knowledge resource to product groups and Senior Agents across our diverse business.

The Analyst will be required to review and research assigned bugs and tickets as well as other duties assigned by the CSTS Supervisor/Manager. Being a part of the GSPS team the CSTS analyst will work closely with other technology teams as required. The CSTS Analyst will work with the BU on impact assessment and with Product/QA/Engineering on escalation paths and issue resolution. This position will require keeping current with bugs and tickets relating to a wide range of departments within Operations and building relationships with them so that the impact on the business is in strong focus when effecting a solution.

• Monitor reports of site issues that are impacting operations and drive for resolution in accordance with priority
• Provide feedback and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with Analysts and Operations Communications to create talking points and other training materials, as well as providing final approval of the finished material.
• Work with Analysts to identify and pursue resolution of bugs both during pre and post-push cycles.
• Manage emergency communication process by working in a cross-functional manner with community and global teams to ensure proper communications are delivered
• Develop solutions and workarounds that provide Dublin management and CSRs with information that is helpful to perform their duties.
• Assist in the identification of process improvements to support PayPal contact centres worldwide.
• Keeping close relationship with Outsource partners to ensure efficient information exchange is taking place and providing assistance with issue escalations
