职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Escalator Machine R&D
- Strategy Planning for escalator machine project based on company status quo
- Project team training/ meetings
- Escalator Machine Production Process & Quality improvement
- Communication with clients in regards to the technical issues
- Scheduled project status report to the company management board
Requirement:
- More than 20 years of working experience in escalator machine R&D from a global recognized enterprise
- Good understanding in escalator machine R&D technical theory and production processes is required
- Good interpretation in national/ international standardization, i.e. ISO9001/ CE/ ProCert/ 5S. etc.
- Team leadership and good communication skills in a local background enterprise
- Consciousness/ Awareness of R&D intellectual property right & safety
