Report to: Supervisor of Service Team in China (dotted line to General Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implementing active and profitable after-sales service
• Equipment/tooling troubleshooting and process continuous improvement (Hotline)
• Developing customer relationships and maintaining contact with key decision makers
• Selling the maintenance service to customers in China
• Developing after-sales business
• Annual personnel planning for service providers

Requirement:

• Professional education or equivalent degree in the field of mechanic engineering/mechatronics
• Very good know-how in CNC machines
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the Automotive industry as a Maintenance Engineer is preferable
• Customer oriented, analytical, and be able to work independently as well as in a cross functional team
• Native Chinese speaker, Fluent English, German is an advantage
• Flexible for businiss trip, highly engaged in work and goal-oriented
