We are looking for a person who is in charge of firmware design and maintain in electronic related products/platform.

What is the job responsibilities?

• As a design engineer in new projects, they need claify the requirement and understand the application, write firmware design documents, then design a reliable firmware by system
• analysis,rigorous coding .
• Write firmware test plan and support to achieve the comprehensive tests.
• Optimize firmware for current product.
• Make a good documentation during design work.
• Coordinate with partner to test for outside development so as to achieve the project targets.
• Be responsible for following and implement the design process so as to improve design
• productivity.

What skill do the job need?

• Bachelor or master degree major In electronic, computer or automation science or equivalent;
• 5+ years of working experience at firmware design related work;
• Have a strong programming and debugging skills at C language and strong ability to fix c programming bugs;
• Have a basic expeirence for system requirement analysis. Familiar with UML will be advantage;
• Have a basic expeirence for code source version management.e.g. Experience of ClearCase, GIT will be advantage;
• Have a knowledge about Chinese and international standard in low voltage product will be advantage;
• Have experience for Cortex M0/M3/M4 micro controllerand relative peripheral interface;
• Have experience for zigbee, thread, BLE development will be advantage.

    2006年上海西门子线路保护产品研发中心成立，本研发中目前已成为西门子电子类产品的全球研发中心之一，也是除德国总部外，西门子电子类产品在海外的第二大研发中心。到目前为止，拥有超过40名研发工程师，自研发中心成立以来，SCPS的工程师们已经在中国申请了160项专利，自主开发完成216个研发项目。
    目前SCPS的产品研发和技术支持能力覆盖电子、机械、固件、固件、认证、模块、平台以及设计研发支持等方面。
