3.制定销售策略并负责电咨，面咨，ppt理念讲解，策划每月校区活动； 

4.关注并监督员工工作任务及培养计划的落实、执行与完善； 

5.熟悉和了解教育市场，制定落实并完成销售任务 

6.新顾问培训并带领销售团队完成中心业绩要求； 

任职资格： 

1.大专以上学历，3年以上教育或培训行业工作经验， 

2.有教育单位销售经验者优先； 

3.热爱教育事业，对教育或商业教育市场有清晰的深入清晰的见解； 

4.有敏锐的市场洞察力和突出的市场拓展能力； 

5.具有较强的计划、组织、协调沟通及排除困难的能力； 

6.能够在压力下胜任多项任务，良好的团队管理能力

工作时间及地点：

工作时间：周三-周日9：00-17:30；周一周二双休

工作地点：宝山校区、闵行校区（就近安排）
