Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer the calls from the customers or providers, respond accurately within the time commitment given to enquiries regarding plan design, eligibility, claims status, complaints, and appointment services and perform necessary actions as required, with first call resolution where possible.
2. Reply emails from the customers or providers and ensure the inquiry emails are replied within required time scales, highlighting when this is not achievable.
3. Provide GOP (Guarantee of Payment) and COC (Certificate of Coverage) as required when it is necessary.
4. Interface effectively with internal and external customers to resolve customer issues.
5. Meet or exceed Service level agreement requirements, team KPI and monthly audit.

6.         Performance metrics will increase over time with proficiency and complexity of work.

7.         Actively support all team members with functions, be willing to provide personal resource to enable all operational goals to be achieved by management arrangement.

Qualifications:

1.         University education required.

2.          1-2 year experience in contact center, if you have the insurance experience, it is better.

3.         Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

4.         Good sense of team work.

5.         Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external client.

6.         Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems.

7.         PC literate; Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
