职位描述

This Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) role supports and partners with client group leaders to enable them to meet their organizational objectives through leveraging L&OD diagnostics and interventions specifically in the areas of:

  • Leadership capability development
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Performance management
  • New Leader on-boarding and acceleration
  • Organization Development and Change Management working with and through local HR functions

Delivering L&OD and HR priorities within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Region


















Partner with client group leaders to measure & improve organization effectiveness through OD diagnosis and interventions, aligning around strategic business priorities, and being a key partner in implementation of organization change.

Partner with HR and client groups to deliver Leadership programs that build leadership capabilities required to meet business needs and priorities

Partner with L&OD, HR, and business partners to implement corporate level programs within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region

Understand and define business needs of client groups and plan L&OD interventions to meet those needs whilst balancing local and global priorities, ensuring alignment and scalability

Support Global L&OD interventions and work with APAC HR to ensure practical implementation specifically in areas such as: Performance Mgt, Employee Engagement; Organization & Talent Reviews and execution on the overall Talent Management Strategy
