Sales Executive

ICARUS Sports company is a leading Sports Media Company, dedicated to outdoor sports, including sailing, cycling, kiteboarding, windsurfing, trail running, triathlon, downhill MTB and more. Our core business is to provide video production and media distribution services to event organizers, associations, sponsors.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us meet our revenue growth targets and maximize our goals by keeping our company competitive and innovative in China.

Responsibilities

●      Conduct Chinese market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for sport events as well as broadcasters eager to air our programs and highlights

●      Seek out new sales opportunities through email, cold calling, networking and social media

●      Prepare and send offers to clients

●      Actively follow up on all communication with our clientele by establishing contact and developing long-lasting relationships

●      Set up meetings with potential clients

●      Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

●      Collaborate with team to achieve better results

●      Identify business opportunities in the industry of sailing, motor and outdoor sports

Requirements

●      Proven experience in sales via email and cold calls

●      Experience as a sales representative or a call center

●      Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written

●      Excellent knowledge of MS Office

●      Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

●      Fast learner and passion for sales

●      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

●      Good understanding of the sports media industry

●      Research skills

●      Excellent relationship-building skills

●      Team player

●      Well organized with multi-tasking skills

●      Sports enthousiast

●      Experience in Media or Sports industries would be appreciated

●      Experience working abroad or in an English-speaking environment would be a plus

Mandatory qualifications:

●      Very good English skills

●      Age 25-35

●      Sales experience in cold calling
