The main duties and responsibilities of the position:

Complete tasks assigned for tax :        

- Scan and submit invoice to tax bureau through internet;        

- Update invoice information to Excel for record;

- Buy VAT invoice from tax bureau; - Issue VAT invoice to buyer;

- Invoice filing; - Visit tax bureau if necessary; 

- Reconcile VAT infor with execution, control invoice status.   

-Tax Declaration every month       

-Fill in the statistics report  

Complete tasks assigned for accounting:           

- Check the T&E and G&A application and attached invoices, complete reimbursement booking accurately and timely;       

- Bank reconciliation;     

- Complete closing and group reports for T&E and G&A timely with high quality;     

- Assist senior for monthly closing and group reporting(including tax/treasury/expense accounting booking);     

- Accounting voucher filing;     

- Support annual audit;        

 Any ad hoc tasks assigned.  

Full time internship before graduation required

Education:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or tax;

Experience:

New graduate;

Required Skills :

1. Attention to detail and strong sense of responsivity;

2. Able to prioritize tasks and handle assignments in an organized way;

3. Strong motivation to learn and quick to adapt to corporate environment;

4. Good communicator with proactive attitude;

5. Good excel skill       

  

Languages Skills: 

Fluent written and spoken English

Any Certifications Required:    

Certificate of Accounting Professional or CPA courses passed would be a plus
