岗位职责：

1 进行携程App / trip App 的相关UI设计；

2 进行创新业务的运营设计；

3 与团队合作，提供创意设计，确保设计一致性；

4 负责或组织个别独立项目小组的完整设计流程和设计落地；

岗位要求：

1. 2~4年工作经验，能独立完成整体创意、设计输出，且对初级设计师提供专业指导；

2. 具备优秀的审美品位、丰富的想象力和对市场信息的敏锐感受能力和视觉创作能力；

3. 平面设计、美术设计、多媒体设计等相关艺术类专业,本科及以上学历；

4. 能熟练操作各类设计软件，如sketch、Photoshop、illustrator等，掌握C4D或AE者更佳；

5. 参与各种活动方案的创意，且能驾驭多种不同的设计风格；

6. 具备良好的设计能力，创新、思维活跃，并对先进的设计理念和技术有较强的理解能力；

7. 心态积极，性格开朗。工作积极有责任心，做事认真细心，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
