• 负责管理与供应商开发相关的所有技术质量保证和控制问题。
• 调查供应商相关产品质量问题，收集和分析数据，帮助确定质量问题的根本原因。
• 评估供应商的绩效，定义纠正措施，并协助实施纠正措施，以减少或消除不合格、报废或回收造成的非价值浪费。
• 运用流程和方法，沟通并帮助理解Cameron的需求，推动最初的样品制作，分享专业知识等。

任职要求：

• 能接受出差30%-50%
• 本科以上学历，机械工程类、材料类专业优先
• 3年以上供应商质量相关专业工作经验。
• 具有广泛的质量管理知识，ISO 9001:2008。审核员培训经验甚佳。
• 具有较强的机械图纸识图能力和制图技巧
• 具备良好的沟通、团队建设和促进能力。
• 良好的英语听说读写能力。
• 能够同时管理多项任务，并及时有效地制定和执行计划和目标。
• 熟练掌握office办公软件，如PowerPoint等。

         

  

  

       Job Summary

  

•  Responsible all technical quality assurance and control issues related to vendor development.

• Investigate supplier related product quality problems, gathers and analyzes data and helps to determine root cause for quality problems.

• Measure the performance of the supplier, defines corrective actions and assists in implementing corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste resulting from non-conformances, scrap or reclaim.

• Procedures and methods, communication and helping to understand Cameron's requirements, driving the initial samples to be produced, sharing of expertise and knowledge etc.

   

   

  Job Qualifications

              

• Comfortable for high business trip for 30-50% basis
• Have Bachelor's Degree in engineering and/or material science.
• Have 3 years of experience in the quality-related discipline(s).
• Have broad knowledge of quality management, ISO 9001:2008. Auditor training is beneficial.
• Have strong blueprint/ technical drawing, Geometric Dimensioning skills.
• Have strong communication, team-building and facilitation skills required.
• Have good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Be able to manage multiple concurrent assignments as well as develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
• Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, etc.
