What will you do

· Responsible for a team to develop sales to achieve related targets

· Create and follow up own business strategies to increase the performance of your team

· Responsible for your own customers to maintain and develop business

· Identify business opportunities and find ways to transform it into accountable results

· Use your existing network and expend your business connections to contact potential clients with all possible ways to promote RECA′s services and unique selling points for client advantages

· Frequently travel in mainland China, with focus on Huadong and Guangdong area

· work closely with the Managing Director for company compliant strategies and developments

What is required

· Minimum of 7 years experience in Industry and B2B sales field

· Bachelor or Major in "Business" or "mechanical/industrial" subjects

· Advanced knowledge of C-parts, tools and industrial solutions such as Kanban and VMI

· Experience in managing a sales team

· High level of self motivation, know how to organize yourself and experience to work independently

· Hands-on mentality and strong spirit to complete tasks successfully

· C1 driver license

· Native in Chinese and fluent in written and oral in English
