职位描述
岗位描述：
1、 负责向客户提供签单、打印发票等相关工作；
2、 负责电话接听，接待访客并安排相关部门联系；
3、 负责公司文件的打字、复印及文件的传真收发；
4、 负责订水、订报，信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
5、 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
职位要求：
1、 具有良好的语言表达能力、亲和力，能主动与客户交流；
2、 勤恳认真，待人热情耐心，有良好敬业精神、责任心及团队合作精神；
3、 形象良好，普通话标准，声音甜美；
4、 熟练运用办公设备，有前台或客服工作经验者优先考虑。
