拼箱操作主管岗位职责：
1、进行公司集装罐、集装箱管理
2、罐箱日常检查、维护
3、处理罐箱普箱突发事件
4、负责集装箱箱体箱况安全、适航适货

岗位要求:
1、有堆场工作经验，熟知堆场的操作流程和操作技术
2、了解集装箱/罐的基本知识、起码具有2年左右的实践经验
3、有良好的沟通能力、有团队合作精神
4、一经录用，待遇从优

任职条件：
1、大专以上学历；
2、2年以上类似工作经验，熟悉集装箱制造、维修、维修保修岗位
3、相关业务数据和报表的制作和分析
4、反馈工作情况及流程优化建议
5、完成领导交办的其他任务。
6、勤奋，对工作高度认真负责，能够承受一定工作压力
