Build the offer

• Review Business Requirements, Scope and Project plans documents, and gather feedback from PayPal CN/APAC team members to further input in this area.
• Identify required services, product and potential partners
• Select product and partners based on predefined business, technical, financial, legal and compliance criteria.
• Design onboarding process, terms and conditions.
• Confirm business model.
• Provide localization expertise to US and European counterparts where applicable
• Input into global product strategy

Manage product development

• Write the on-boardingspecification document,
• Define Product Development Plan.
• Track and manage the development of the product and the multiple integration projects.
• Provide localization expertise when needed.
• Test and learn.
• Manage phases launch in China.

• Strong communication skills (both English and Chinese)
• Strong project management product development expertise
• Demonstrated passion for internet technologies (current and emerging) and their potential applications
