岗位概述：寻百会生物科技正在寻求一位杰出的药物研发项目领导来协调我们的多管线项目的开发工作。为制定理性和有影响力的决策，这个职位要求有深入的开发经验。入选的候选人须有跨多个功能领域合作的成功经历。此岗位科学家需要与国内外的学术合作伙伴进行交流互动，将发现转化为临床变革性药物。他将直接影响公司将我们独特的平台发现转化为创新药物开发的过程。

X.B.H. Biotechnology is seeking an exceptional industry-trained program team lead to coordinate the discovery efforts for our pipeline projects. This position requires in-depth discovery experience required for rational and impactful decision making. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating across multiple functional areas to find that ‘one from many’. This scientist will be required to interact with internal and external international and academic partners to translate discoveries into clinically transformative medicines. This person will directly influence the company’s efforts to translate our unique platform discoveries into novel discovery programs.

任职要求：

1.具有3年以上肿瘤学药物研发经验。

2.经实践证明，具有带领多学科团队完成靶点发现到先导化合物优化所需要的经验；能推进到IND阶段者更佳。

3.具有协调和管理国际CRO组织工作的经验者优先;

4.有进行单剂和联合药物测试的经验以及有检控生物(信号，生物化学，基因表达等)不同领域经验者优先。

5.拥有免疫学和基因工程的工作知识者优先

6.作为快节奏的研究团队的一员，具有批判性和创造性思维。具有极佳的适应能力，怀抱对科学的卓越追求。具有团队精神。

Requirements:

Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience in oncology drug discovery in an industry setting.

Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through hit finding and lead op required; experience with IND enabling efforts desired.

Experience coordinating and managing international CRO efforts highly desired;

Experience with conducting single agent & combination drug testing and prosecuting diverse areas of biology (signaling, biochemistry, gene expression etc.) is preferred.

Working knowledge of immunology and genome engineering approaches is valuable but not required.

Ability to think critically and creatively as part of a fast-paced research team.

Adaptability, commitment to scientific excellence, and team player mentality is a must.
