职位描述
• Developing and executing strategic priorities and operating plans
•
• Managing and delivering revenue targets
•
• Fully understand and follow up legal/compliance/AUP policy and process
•
• Actively explore customer/ industry / market need & trend
o Approach LMs/SMB/SP merchants or collaborate with BD/RM/BC/OPs team to collect and analysis their business needs
o Understand industry / market trend and help to get right direction to define proper partnership category at early stage
•
• Partnership BD and RM - identify/ acquire/manage new partnership/existing partnership
o Identify partners with competitive and easily scability service/ their services are valuable to merchants online business
o Commercial process with partners (exclusive deal for PayPal merchants / rev share/SLA/ PayPal partners product integration)
o Lead/ drive new partners going through legal/compliance/underwriting process
o Drive new partners on-boarding in time e.g. training/OSS API development/testing
o Package various partners deal into various package to target different merchants segment (LMs/SMB/SP) or (new merchants acquisition / low activity/ inactive merchants)
o Monitor/ track/ manage partners performance (service quality/ integrity) in all kinds of campaign programs

• Collaborate with internal marketing team and partners to design regular and seasonal campaign programs with direct impact on revenue
o Co work closely with internal marketing team (online marketing and offline marketing) closely to ensure having proper campaign design / planning /execution / tracking
o Interacting closely with partners to provide competitive campaign offering /manage campaign execution and delivery in high quality
o Build campaign dash board to track campaign / partner performance regularly and report both internally and externally

• Collaborate with BD/RM/BC/Ops team closely to promote valuable partners service/ key channel initiatives
o Cross team communication/ training/collaboration process setup
o Drive other team promotion effort and manage their performance
• Distributors / resellers partnership development - identify / acquire / manager partner to build PayPal product distribution business
o Help PayPal quick access into vertical market
o Acquire large amount of new merchants
o Distribute PayPal products massively.

• Understand and follow up standard protocal & processes and optimize them continuously
• Initiating ideas targeted to increase overall revenues with high efficiency / scability / sustainable approach
Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education required to perform job.
- Bachelor degree, nice to have MBA degree
- Strong English communication skill both on verbal and written
- 5-8 channel business development / partnership management related working experience
- Industry: internet (E commerce/ Online MKT / Payment) / Banking / Hi-Tech solution based
