VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated Assembly Electrician to carrying out all tasks related to sputtering and coater equipment manufacturing of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will be responsible for electrical components assembly according to customer orders and drawing. The Assembly Mechanics will work with an open communication culture team and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to the Manager of Assemble Department at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

YOUR TASKS 

• Follow production plan and department manager’s order, complete electrical components assembly tasks in time according to drawing

       按照生产计划和上级领导的派工，根据图纸及时完成电气零部件装配任务

• Production in accordance with related rules, wear labor protection staff as required, maintain and tidy up workshop surrounding

  按规范进行生产作业，根据工作需求佩戴劳保用品，维护车间工作环境

• Strictly control the quality of assembly parts

  严格把控组装产品的质量，

• Daily check and maintenance workshop equipment

  积极做好本车间生产设备的日常保养和维护工作

• Support Assembly Mechanics for production tasks

  协助机械装配技师共同完成生产任务

• Field installation of large vacuum sputter or coater equipment on customer side

  到客户现场进行大型真空镀膜设备安装

• Other tasks form department manager

      上级领导交办的其他工作

YOUR PROFILE 

• Technical secondary school degree above, major in Electromechanical integration, Automation or relative sujects

       技校及以上学历，机电一体化，自动化或其他相关专业毕业

• 5 years’ experience above in equipment or automation equipment electrical components assembly, Mechanical components assembly ability is also needed.

      

       具备5年以上设备或自动化设备电气装配经验，以及具备一定机械零部件装配能力

  

• Able to understand about electrical components assembly and electrical components controlling principle

  懂得电气装配常识以及电气控制原理

• Proficient in reading circuit diagram and electrical assembly drawing and using various kinds of assembly and measuring tools

  熟练阅读电路图和电气装配图纸，熟练使用各类装配，测量工具

• Good sense of teamwork and reponsibility, strong learning and comunication ability, able to work under presure

  良好的团队合作意识和责任心，较强的学习和沟通能力，可以承受一定工作压力

• Able to accept 3 weeks’ above business trip occassionally

  可接受偶尔三周以上时间出差

• Good English speeking or large vacuum equipment assembling experience  is prefered

                        会英语或有大型真空设备装备经验者优先
