工作职责：

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Drives quality activities throughout the Supply Chain working directly with Purchasing and the Suppliers.
-Conducts and/or oversee the supplier qualification, supplier audit, supplier corrective action, inspection, and test processes.
-Involved in receiving inspection and MRB activities as required to ensure that the Supply Base is delivering only conforming items and that any cost incurred as a result of a supplier nonconformance is accumulated so that the Supplier may be charged as appropriate.
-Drive Corrective Actions to eliminate recurring discrepancies.
-Assist/develop supplier in areas of root cause analysis, problem solving, and process control.
-Assess a suppliers overall capability in terms of the Supply imperatives: Quality, cost, and on-time performance.
-Ensure that Supply performance is monitored and that appropriate action is taken as a result.
-Facilitate continuous improvement processes
-Conduct Internal Audits are required.
-Develop process for compliance and on-going improvement.
-Align Supply Quality activities with Supply Chain/Purchasing organization and strategies.


任职要求：

Education, Training, and Experience:

1.A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related Technical Field.
2.3 to 5 years as a Supply Quality Engineer or Quality Engineer.
3.Experience developing and implementing a robust Supply Quality Management System.
4.Experience in successful managing people, projects and programs.
5.Experience working in a multi-site, global manufacturing and engineering environment, with operation on 3 shifts.
6.Experience working with Suppliers in low, medium and high volume environment.
7.Advanced knowledge of supplier quality/supplier development standards, procedures, and protocols.
8.Very high analytical ability.
9.Ability to lead cross function problem Solving / Green Belt Teams
10.Hands on knowledge and experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean implementer.
11.ASQ and IPC Certification desirable
