Tasks & Responsibilities：

- Event execution, especially on site supporting.

- Fully responsible for on-hand sample managements and delivery following up.

- Information collection, including competitors, innovation products and solutions, market trends and feedbacks internal and external.

- Documents managements and digitalization, contracts, certifications, test reports.

- Marcom tools maintenance, updates and developments, including website, catalogs and brochures.

- Approach Traditional media and social media if necessary.

Qualification：

Degree: Bachelors/University degree

Years of Working Experience: 2+ years of similar marketing role

English Level: CET-6, Fluent both in written and spoken

Others:

• Outstanding learning ability
• Strong filing and database management skills
• EU or USA multinational companies working experience will be preferable

• This Marketing Specialist will support the immediate supervisor on information collection, data analysis and work plans following up.
• This role will support marketing team on events execution, on-hand sample managements and documents managements.

This role will take responsibility of website maintenance, catalogs/brochures updates and develop marcom tools if necessary.
