职位描述
工作内容:
1、协助生产经理全面负责工厂的生产运营,密切跟踪产品生产的进度和质量;
2、检查车间各部门工作,协调各部门的有序,优化,保障生产的正常进行
3、全面负责组织、建立工厂生产运营、成本控制体系
4、提高生产效率、产品质量,改善作业流程、降低生产成本;
5、全面负责工厂安全、健康、环保等管理;
6、负责工厂各部门人员的管理及培养。
任职要求:
1、专科及以上学历,经济学类或管理学类专业,熟悉办公常用软件;
2、3年以上生产制造企业管理经验,有家具行业生产管理经验者优先;
3、熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理;
4、了解ISO质量管理体系和5S现场管理;
5、具备较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力,可适应加班。

Duties and responsibilities:
1、Assisting to be integrated responsible for production and operation, closely following up of the schedule and the quality of the production.
2、Review plant the work of each department, coordinate with them, ensure line producing normally.
3、Establish and organize all stages of production and costs control system.
4、Improve production efficiency and product quality.
5、Overall responsible plants management on production safety, environmental protection, Occupation health and so on.
6、Responsibility for the management of information grade staff in other departments of workshop, foster them.
Job Specifications:
1、College or above (major in economics, management), knowledge in office software;
2、At least 3 year experience in business administration, preferable with workshop management experience on furniture company;
3、Be familiar with the company operation and management;
4、Familiar with ISO Quality Management System and 5S Site Management;
5、High Level of intergrated Communication Skills and organization ability, willing to be overtime.
