What do we expect from you?

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, working together with experienced recruiters on projects like direct sourcing and candidate selection, campus recruitment, internship program, employer branding, recruitment system, vendor management etc.

You already have some relevant HR experience and plan a long term career in the HR area. You are a dedicated team player and strong communicator with creative ideas, willing to walk the extra mile and take ownership of your area of responsibility, happy to adapt to a Western company culture and want to develop in line with a growing company. Professionalism is a given for you and you pride yourself of working in an organised and effective fashion.
