岗位职责：

1、负责正式员工日常考勤的管理和核对；

2、负责入、离职员工的相关手续办理；

3、负责每月临时工考勤的核对和统计；

4、负责每月生日会的安排；

5、负责办公用品的日常管理和发放；

6、负责日常人事行政类辅助工作；

7、负责与物业对接其他行政类工作；

8、负责机票、酒店的订购；

9、负责每月餐厅饭卡充值的相关工作；

10、按时完成上级交代的其他工作事务。

要求：

1、学历：大专及以上学历;

2、熟练操作office办公室软件;

3、细心，责任心强，有团队协作精神，善于沟通;

4、每周最少三天出勤，最好五天，公司提供午餐；
