岗位职责】

1.负责各类数字媒体的营销及运营，传播策略、创意产出、项目管理执行；

2.负责运营营销的推广渠道（如：微博、微信、抖音等）的管理、维护与拓展，确保口碑推广的有效执行；

3.分析投放数据，从执行进度、效果（关注度、媒体活跃度、转载量）等方面对网络公关工作进行监督、反馈和评估；

4；能独立完成项目活动的文案撰写；

5.负责完善并维护网络媒体关系，根据项目情况和流行热点，提出有效的营销策划；

6；.领导交办的其他工作事项。

【岗位要求】

1.学历及专业要求：大专以上学历；

2.精通熟悉微博、微信、抖音等网络媒体运作和媒体资源；

3.有较强的文字功底，优秀的表达能力，熟练操作办公软件；

4.工作积极主动，认真负责，自我学习能力强，富有创造激情，能够适应快速的工作节奏；

5.良好的团队协作精神，踏实敬业，勇于承担压力和挑战；

6.丰富的互联网互动营销策划能力。
