Mission:

1. Organize the mass production of products (including SIL) according to production schedule

2. Guarantee quality, capacity and lead-time of production to reach target of company and customers

3. Support Production and guarantee Product Quality level while improving tool performance continuously

Main Responsibilities:

1. Increase the staff management level and improve skill level of operators    

2. Plan and organize the smooth & efficient production in SSLVTA to contribute SSLVTA KPIs

3. Support industrial projects on schedule for campy growth: Transfer/Capacity/Localization/QVE

4. Improve Production processes with SPS to contribute productivity

5. Develop ongoing improvement of Production processes

6. To analysis and propose Performance improvement actions on equipment based operations

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor in industrial Engineering or Ideal Master degree

2. 3+ years workshop management experience

3. Business Understanding: Industrial manufacturing

4. Fluent oral English
