岗位要求：

1、 协助总经理抓好公司的生产技术工作、努力完成公司的生产技术任务目标；

2、 负责生产部日常技术管理、负责公司现场工艺管理、质量巡检、技术问题的鉴定工作；

3、 组织不合格产品审理工作，完善技术基础数据，不断提高现场工艺保障能力；

4、 参与企业管理者负责质量和环境体系的建立运行和审核，负责公司标准化的实施管理工作；

5、 负责新产品开发、技术创新、技术改造的管理工作、提高员工素质和技术竞争能力；

6、 定期进行技术分析和质量分析工作，制定预防和纠正措施，在生产的过程当中实时控制产品质量；

7、 负责及时指导、处理、协调和解决生产、销售过程中出现的技术问题；

8、 负责组织和编制公司技术发展规划、长远技术发展和技术措施规划；

9、 完成总经理交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、具备5年以上妆化品包装生产管理工作经验，具备2年以上技术管理工作经验;

3、具有较强的管理控制和指挥驾驭能力，具备一定的技术管理和人员管理能力;

4、具有较强的语言表达能力，写作能力；

5、工作认真负责，具有高度的责任心。

Established in 2002, Shanghai Yingshuo Group have been in the business of manufacturing cosmetic packaging materials for around 18 years. Our facility comprises of 60,000 square meters in total manufacturing area. We had around a thousand workers on site.
