1. Support E&S/Marketing department manager to edit, revise, file and issue engineering documents.(Construction, technology support, maintenance document and training materials.)

   工程文件（包括现场施工、技术支持、维修文件及培训资料）参与协助编辑、修订及存档和下放。

2. Administrate department documents and servers（Especially information feedback and project photo,etc.）

   部门文档管理及服务器技术资料归档整理（特别是现场反馈资料、项目照片等）。

3. Record the engineering projects and stages of implementation.

   工程项目登记及实施的阶段记录；

4. Responsible to update and archive of the documentation, after-sales technical service and maintenance information data.

   项目现场施工、售后技术支持、维修信息及文件数据整理，文件输入输出工作。

5. Support E&S/Marketing department manager with PLM and ISO9001 tasks.

   协助部门PLM和ISO9001工作。

6. Finish the admin work of the E&S/Marketing department, such as apply for the purchase labor insurance supplies, support site service technician to get the visa, update the attendance record, check the Daily Expense Claim, etc.

   部门行政工作，如劳防用品的申购、国外项目服务人员手续的协办、部门考勤、现场服务报销初审,等等。

   7. Train new staff in department‘s working procedure and regulations.

   新进人员部门流程培训及公司和部门的制度要求。

   8. Finish other tasks given by E&S/Marketing Department Manager.

                                            

协助部门经理完成部门内的其他日常工作。
