职位描述
Job Responsiblity:
1.Implement production supervisor's requirement.
2.Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.
3. Assists with employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.
4. Assists with managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.
5.Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.
6.Responsible for coordinating line staffing.
7.Responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.
8.Capable of operating equipment and performing all jobs on line.
9.Ensures open lines of communication among shifts, with the line supervisors and all appropriate support personnel.
10.Responsible for maintaining elements of safety and cleanliness for assigned manufacturing lines.
11.Assists with performance evaluations.
12.Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment.
Job Requirment:
1.Knowledge of and skills in SPC and soldering.
2.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
3.Able to act independently with minimal supervision.
4.Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
5.Sound decision making ability.
6.Good time management and organizational skills.
7.Educational: High school diploma or equivalent .
8.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience
