职位描述
- ？ Responsible for procurement/technical engineering work in store Design and Construction projects.
- ？ Manage/clarify/confirm the construction requirement and design changes with CDC and brands. Facilitate the shop fitter communication for all FSS/counter construction scope of service and drawings and specifications for the materials and furniture. The impact for the FSS/counter construction projects will be on cost and design change/freeze /project management
- ？ Execute the quality check of the components materials and the furniture for various projects and conduct project commission for major FSS/counter/Sephora Channel projects and evaluate the performance of shop fitters
- ？ Assist APAC to source alternative material in the mainland of China
- ？ Achieve cost saving year over year with captured data reporting to offer the best benefit to company
- ？ Manage overall design specification communication with Store Design Team (CDC/RDDC); translate the design language to be procurement requirements in procurement process. Ensure consistency with global/regional /local IP policy and sourcing guidelines, while implementing and integrating with project management.
- ？ Organize or facilitate post-inspection, redline and punch list for various types for shop fitter rectification and design request improvement together with CDC.
- ？ Fostering quality and creativity enhancements in alignment with CDC by increasing knowledge base for material and shop fitters.
- ？ Build strong partnership and timely collaboration with shop fitter market and community; ensure transparency and timely communication for action.
- ？ Comprehensive archival of projects and related data update for analysis and maintain continuing knowledge of changing dynamics/trends of design information in procurement/sourcing function.
- ？ Responsible for introduction and qualification process for new shop fitter in technical assessment and qualification area.
- 任职需求
- ？ Interior design, industrial design, architecture or relevant design field background is required. EPC or EPCM company working experiences is preferred.
- ？ Work Experience: 5-8 years work experience in design or construction field with design and project management experience. 2-5 years working experiences in procurement/sourcing/quality related areas.
- ？ Skills: Knowing Photoshop/AutoCAD/3D sketch and Microsoft office, good command of English in speaking and writing, understand of technical drawing/sections and have sense of 3D space. Familiar with construction facilities and commodities like AC, rolling shutter, screen, CCTV, AV, sound system, lighting system, ceramic tile, furniture, wall covering etc. for luxury brand is preferred.
- ？ Personality: Passionate and hard working with good interpersonal skills, willing to take pressure and work in a fast paced environment, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skill.
