工作职责:

1.  负责日常生产线的产品质量管理，制定并执行产品质量检验制度，负责产品检具的维护和验证。

Responsible for daily process quality management, to make and implement product quality inspection instruction, maintain and verify the checking tools.

2.  收集及汇总质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案。协助建立并实施过程统计和分析，持续改进产品质量。

Collect and analyze the quality data，regularly submit the report and improvement plan. Assist in building and implementing the CPK or SPC, and continuously improve the product quality.

3.  制作新产品项目导入所需相关质量文件。

Involve in the new product development and make related work instructions.

4.  协助质量经理进行ISO9001&14001管理体系的日常维护及审核

Assist quality manager in daily maintaining and auditing the ISO9001&14001 system.

5.  运用5why, fish bone 等质量工具解决线上质量问题和客户投诉.

Use 5why, fish bone and other quality tools to fix the process line quality.

6.  积极完成经理分配的其他任务

Positively complete the other jobs manager assigned.

任职资格:Qualification

1.  学历 Degree

大学本科以上学历。

Bachelor or above

2.  专业 Major

机械，电子或者相关专业。

Mechanical engineering, Electronics or related major

3.  专业知识和特殊技能要求 Background and Skills

熟悉CAD制图

Familiar with CAD drawing,

    会熟练操作word, excel, PPT等办公软件 

    Be good at office software such as: word, excel, PPT, etc.

4.  经验 Experiences

3年以上质量相关工作经验。

Over 3 years quality related experiences

具有质量&环境管理体系经验。

With quality and environmental system experiences

对金属件，塑料件，PCBA，线束产品的生产加工工艺流程熟悉的优先考虑。

Prefer to familiar with metal, plastic, PCBA, harness products process and production

具有供应商质量管理经验的优先考虑。

Prefer to background with supplier quality management.

具备社会责任审核，反恐等审核经验的优先考虑。

Prefer to with experiences of social responsibility, anti-terrorist, etc.

5.  语言 Language

基本的英文交流能力。

Basic English listening, writing, oral ability.

6.  个人素质 Personality

积极主动，认真，负责；具备良好的沟通表达能力，善于调解和处理各方利害冲突。

Positive, earnest, responsible, good communication, be good at coordinate and handle conflict from different

sides.
