• Interface to accounting share service center and ensure the correct booking of all transactions

• Payment management

• Finance policy execution and improvement

• Responsible for the maintenance of SAP FI CO model

• Monthly VAT Tax claims

• Quarterly CIT claims and documentation

Second tasks:

• Interface to the local tax officer

• Contract management

• Invoice verification

• Bank account management

• cash flow management

• Fix asset management

• Liquidity planning, management and reporting

• Governmental related topics

• Interface with tax and accounting audit

• Monthly standard financial report

• Tasks assigned by line manager

Main Requirements:

* Bachelor degree of accounting/finance management or other related major

* 2 + years of relevant experience in a Finance & Controlling role in big multinational companies

* Proactive service oriented mindset

* Carefully and well organized structure

* Good English in verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills are required

* Good command of Word, Excel, PPT, etc
