Objective of Position:

  BOM, release and structural data management (functional)

  Reporting of the maturity of BOM and CAD data to the data manager and project team

  Reporting of release status to the data manager and project team  

  Contact person for PDM related issues in the project team

  Data management from concept till end of production    

 

Definition of major tasks/responsibilities          

1.  Task/Responsibility: Technical Responsibility

Time Exposure in %:    

 Short Description:      

 - Part maturity level management

 - Creation and maintenance of Prototype-/Series BOM and CAD structure 

 - Alignment of BOM and CAD structure

 -  Drawing formal check conforming to standards ( master data, title block, material, standards and norms)

 -  Release of 2D and 3D data in the PDM system

 -  Providing of 2D/3D data internal/external

 -  Creation and provision of calculated vehicles for PT-shop         

 2.  Task/Responsibility: Planning, Target Achievement, Monitoring & Reporting                    

Short Description:    

 -  Monitoring and steering of the release planning per build-up phase and part maturity level

 -  Highlight delayed releases to the data-manager

 -  Support for evaluation of demands for Prototypes

 -  Provision of Prototype-BOMs for PT-Shop

 -  Participate project team meetings in accordance with the data-manager

3.  Task/Responsibility: Project Related Tasks                     

Short Description:      

 -  Execution of the release and change management process in the project

 -  Implementation of approved change requests in the PDM system

 -  Know how transfer and support for PDM issues in the daily business (designer, engineers,…)

 -  Creation and maintenance of part per part planning    

 4.  Task/Responsibility: Employee Related Tasks                    

 Short Description:      

 - Contact for internal and external customers for the defined scope concerning BOM and structure management issues     

 -  According to the given data ensure the release of BOM, 2D/3D data in the certain PDM landscape               

5.  Task/Responsibility: Organisation & Management Responsibilities                                

Short Description:      

- Support of method and process manager concerning development of methods, processes and tools

-  Active support of the data manager and group leader in the daily business 

-  Self-organization of assigned work scope -       

- Team player                   

工程开发合资公司及制造合资公司是麦格纳与北汽新能源成立的两家合资公司.合资公司将整合麦格纳的汽车工程技术专长和北汽新能源在中国汽车市场的经验，共同开发新一代智能电动汽车平台。
工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
