职位描述
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales, operations and administration of assigned global clients. This role provides visible leadership, accountability and authority over programs delivered to Insight clients. This role works independently and exhibits a high degree of initiative in supporting the sales success for global clients.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales expectations for assigned global client portfolios. Provide quotations and complete bids and tenders for program participants. Service accounts by processing orders, answering inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, via phone or email. Maintain vendor special pricing process with external vendors and internal operations team and maintain catalogue/client price lists. Attend face-to-face client meetings as required. Maintain and provide weekly reporting on stock both internally and externally. Maintain weekly forecast tracking and quote statistics summary. Source product availability and negotiate pricing for client. Understand vendor onboarding process and work with internal teams to onboard vendors/suppliers within company framework. Sustain business growth by maintaining local rapport and business relationship with client. Work in partnership with the global Project Manager to maintain program expectations. Evaluate and improve communication infrastructure between client, vendors and Insight. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints. Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology. Monitors and maintain client and internal project executive satisfaction by engaging in weekly or monthly status meetings. Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
· Experience within a hardware vendor, distributor or VAR
· Must understand hardware vendor programmes specifically HPI and H3C
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from two-year College or university, plus four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project Management services, IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry
· Must be an excellent communicator - both written and oral (English and Mandarin essential)
· Must have excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with the global team
· Must be able to run project update meetings with both internal and external Client attendee's
· Must be able to work independently to gather required product information/pricing in market as required · Proven success driving customer satisfaction
· Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business/ professional journals or regulations
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees
· Must be proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint Portal
