Job Description

This person in this position will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of drone product related projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Main Job Tasks

? Lead the planning and implementation of project.

? Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

? Plan and schedule project timelines

? Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

? Coordinate cross-function teams include mechanism, SW, HW etc.

? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

? Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

? Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

? Produce Project evaluations and assessment of results

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• BachelorDegree or above, Master Degree (MS/MBA) or equivalent is a plus.
• a minimum of two (2) years’ experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, electronic engineering industry background is a plus.
• Familiar with SW/HW integration product R&D procedure.
• Qualification in project management or equivalent
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges
• Strong decision-making capability
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
