职位描述

Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Accountant in coordinating, establishing and managing the Company's finance and accounting operations, bookkeeping and related HR functions;
- Prepare periodic expenditure budget; Review of Expense reimbursement, arrange for cash and bank payments;
- Other periodic reports
- maintaining of accounts payable/receivable
- Debtor management with following up on open invoices upon approval of Managing Director/General Manager, Deputy Managing Director/Deputy General Manager
- Crosscheck sales and purchases
- Issuing VAT and other invoices and fapiao, payment collection and management.
- Input purchase/sales order, stock movement notes in the accounting software;
- Conduct monthly tax return procedure and other tax related issues;
- Prepare monthly financial report and other management report;
- Establish and maintain the relationships with banks, auditors, external advisors and regulatory bodies and public bureaus.
- Assistant work to MD in accounting and accounting reporting.


Reporting: Help with preparation of timely reports
Help with preparation of Inventory Report
CRM Data file
Sales and Purchase Reconciliation, Budget Report, Liquidity Report,
Balance Sheet, Petty Cash Report, tax reviews
Open Amount list
Down Payments and Travel Expenses and Reimbursement

Admin. Duties: Taking phone calls
Organizing business trips and travelling
Handling of travel and other expenses
General accounting tasks assigned by superior

Other: Cooperation with other departments and other companies within adpl-solutions
Cooperation and handling of supplier, logistics, warehousing, trading
and customers if not handled by other staff members
Maintain strong network and good relationship with other team
members, company staff worldwide, customers, suppliers and partners
Maintaining company's files and data, local laws and regulations
Act as responsible person externally and internally
Interim-duties of other departments

Requirements:
2 years related working experience in accounting (familiar with VAT refund procedure is preferred)
Strong Excel data management skills
High integrity, initiative, positive working attitude.
Good spoken and written English is a must.
Should feel comfortable working in an international team;
Able to work under pressure
