Business Development Manager - The SPACE Group

The SPACE Group is the team behind the award-winning URBN Hotel and is currently looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for expanding the company’s hotel management business. Our mission is to become the premiere boutique hotel management company in China and beyond and need a strong team of hospitality professionals to help us achieve that mission.

Responsibilities include:

· Actively seeking and exploring partnerships with developers for new hotel projects

· Sourcing and performing due diligence on potential new projects

· Overseeing contract negotiations with developers and contractors

· Formulating design and branding concepts for a new brand

· Managing project relationships wit, developers and contractors

Experience Requirements:

· Fluency in Mandarin and English is a requirement

· Age: 25-35

· 5+ years experience in business development for a hotel management company or real estate development company

· Competency in financial projections and modeling

Essential Qualities:

· Excitement about working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

· Ability to think analytically, set priorities and meet deadlines
