一、岗位定位： 

公司重点培养的业务储备干部，作为公司管理岗的有力后备军。 

二、岗位要求： 

1.英语四级以上，口语流利。

2.专业不限，物流，航运，管理专业优先；

3.工作严谨，执行力强，有较强抗压能力，良好沟通能力及团队合作精神； 

4.熟练运用OFFICE办公软件；

5.身体健康，能经常出差。 

四、薪酬福利： 

1、工资：

①、培训，见习阶段：6000-6500元/月+业务提成及奖金，购买五险一金（级别每上升一级，薪资增加30%，员工到管理层晋升周期24-36个月）。 

2、社保、各类带薪休假（法定假日、年假、婚假、产假、陪产假等），提供高于同行业具有竞争力的薪资水平。

五、晋升发展： 

1、管理通道晋升：经理（周期24-36个月）--高级经理（周期3-5年）--总监（周期5年）。 

专业通道晋升：大客户经理（周期24-36个月）--高级经理（周期3-5年）--副总经理（周期5年）。
