职位描述
1.工艺改进，技术支持及完善失效分析, 给出结论及改进建议
Process improvement, technical support and improve the failure analysis，give the conclusion and suggestion.
2.对公司相应销售、生产部提供技术支持及培训。
Technology support and training to company sales and production department.
3.制定具体的实验实施方案，定期向上级领导报告实验进展。
The experimental implementation of development specific programs, report the experimental progress regularly to the s to superiors.
4.负责新项目的提出的撰写，并按要求准备相应的资料。
Responsible for writing the new proposed project, prepare the corresponding information as required.
5.Establish, implement and maintain production procedures in accordance with the manufacturing target. 根据生产目标，制定生产程序，实施并跟进。
6.Review and analyze the operation activities, performances and results and initiate corrective actions relating to all the deterrent factors such as delays, non-quality, excessive costs, and non respect of EHSS. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and human resource.
分析目前设备的运行效率，针对所有问题如生产延期、质量不符、成本过高、污染环境等提出纠正措施及方法
