岗位职责：
1、负责协调方案、施工图等阶段的精装修设计管理，审核设计图纸并提出修改意见；
2、协调处理工程施工的技术问题，负责精装修工程的质量、进度、成本管理工作；
3、参与项目样板区精装修设计和施工管理；
4、参与公司精装修专业知识积累以及产品标准化工作。
任职要求：
1、工民建、建筑学、装饰工程、环艺等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、3年以上相关精装修设计、施工管理经验,有园林绿化施工管理经验优先考虑；
3、熟悉精装修设计、施工及验收标准以及国家地方和行业的相关规定；
4、熟悉装修工程流程，熟悉装修材料成本和配置；
5、熟练掌握各种办公软件及绘图软件，了解园林绿化，建筑结构、水暖电等相关专业的基本知识；
6、有较强的责任心，关注细节，作风严谨，执行力强。
