岗位职责：
1、能熟练使用现行定额或清单计价编制工程预结算，能针对工程编制成本计划，进行成本核算与分析； 2、了解材料市场，具备一定的谈判能力，专业知识扎实； 3、了解施工工艺，熟悉施工现场以及CAD制图工作； 4、编制材料采购申请，作好过程中成本控制工作； 5、按时完成工程签证、结算，整理工程预结算资料，做好资料的记录归档工作。 6、参与采购工程材料和设备，负责工程材料分析，复核材料价差，收集和掌握技术变更、材料代换记录，并随时做好造价测算，为领导决策提供科学依据。 7、完成工程造价的经济分析，及时完成工程决算资料的归档。 8、跟踪合同履约情况，审核土建造价成本控制计划及成本分解结构，有效控制工程土建造价成本等工作。

任职要求：
1、建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业大专以上学历，有预算员资格或注册造价师资格； 2、具备工程预、决算和工程管理的的专业知识，工程预、决算岗位5年以上工作经验； 3、熟悉施工顺序、懂招投标程序、会编制投标预算，工程预结算及变更洽商； 4、掌握新技术，了解新材料和国内工程造价动态； 5、能够熟练使用预算软件、office办公软件等； 6、责任心强，有敬业精神，能吃苦，抗压能力强。
7、了解国家现行相关政策，有较强的管理能力和成本控制意识。
