1. Responsible for production process control, production arrangement and relevant job of Gearbox assembly & IGU. Needs to cooperate with Customer Service, CSD, Logistics and material planing closely. 负责减速机和工业箱生产过程控制，生产排产及相关工作，需同售后服务、仓库、物料计划及订单处理紧密配合；

2. Push and supervise the employees Trainning about skill, work process, and carry on 5s, work safety, PPE and so on. 推进及监督员工工作技能，工作流程的培训，推行5S，工作安全及PPE等；

3. Control the non-production time and waste in the whole area，keep on improvement and cut the production cost down . 全面管理控制无效工时和浪费，持续改进和降低生产成本；

4. Oversee and maintenance daily product machine 日常监督和维护生产设备设施 Oversee all the tools state in the whole production area. And add, repair and change. 监督检查所有生产区域的在线工具的使用状态，并添加，维修和更换；

5. Confirm sample units, deal with some abnormal technical trouble and equipment malfunction. keep a good condition for work enviromnet safety. 确认样机生产，处理异常技术问题，设备故障，并保持一个良好的安全工作环境；

6. Regularly communicate with employees and perform other duties as assigned by leaders. 同下属定期沟通，及领导安排的其它工作.

Qualifications and Requirements 任职资格：

※Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic, mechanical and IE or relative fields 　 具有大学本科学历或更高学历，专业为电器，机械和工业工程等相关领域；

※Over 5 years experience in machinery manufacture industry, over 2 years experience in application manage position or similar, be familiar with geared motor and motors, no bad records in the past 　 具有5年以上的在机械制造工业方面的工作经验，具有2年以上相似的现场技术应用管理职位的工作经验，对于电机和减速机较为熟悉，无不良的记录；

※Good engineering knowledge with process control, process capability, personnel management, work safety and so on. 在过程控制,产能控制,人员管理和工作安全等方面具备良好的技能知识背景；

※Good team-work spirit, ability of study, management and coordinated ability 具有团队合作精神,学习能力强,且具有良好的管理和协调能力；

※Good ability of analysis, judgement and dealing with problems, effectively managing and supervising the subordinates. 良好的分析判断及处理问题的能力，并能有效地对下属进行管理和督导；

※Be familiar with ISO9000 熟悉ISO9000
