职位描述
.Manage the overall payroll process by ensuring that the team is following outlined procedures, ensure payroll calendars are developed and communicated to impacted parties
? Manage the overall benefit enrollment process of statutory and supplemental benefits programs
? Review payroll, benefit and data processing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities and work with the team and payroll/benefit vendors to implement improvements
? Lead the implementation of new benefit vendors
? Lead the project to consolidate payroll vendors in region
? Ensure compliance with local pay and benefits rules working with payroll and benefits vendors.
? Manage administrative tasks assigned to the HR Operations team as part of non-payroll processes,e.g.onboarding, off probation process etc., 90day review notice sent to managers
? Vendor management of payroll and benefit vendors
? Establish internal customer service hotline procedures and maintain services excellence
? Partner with Compensation and Benefits team in managing the year end cycle (e.g. providing necessary information for calculating bonus, preparing compensation statements that are provided to employees)Lead data entry team; ensure all data is maintained in the system accurately and timely.
? Time &Attendance consolidation
? T&E group setting
? Lead New Country Deployment of HR Operations related processes and payroll and benefit vendor implementation.
? 10+ years overall HR experience, including 5+ years in HR Operation roles with increasing responsibility, demonstrated ability to lead/manage multiple projects and teams, experience in managing Human Resources activity in multiple countries
? Proven track record establishing systems and process for a fast growing company with complex organization
? Hands-on and has a "can-do" attitude to deliver flawless HR services and support
