- 负责公司及零售业务的统筹规划与管理工作
- 为了公司及零售业务统筹规划各项营销活动方案，促进完成全年业务计划
- 针对公司及零售业务市场变化，结合银行业务特点，研发相应金融产品
- 负责与产品相关的业务培训宣导
- 根据业务需要，优化调整制定客户经理激励考核制度
- 公司及零售业务数据管理的统筹工作，并将分析数据调整业务策略方向
- 上司委派的其他事务

职位要求：
- 经济类相关专业大学本科以上学历
- 至少5年中国商业银行业务管理经验，精于业务条线的产品和服务/市场竞争策略规划/业务数据管理等
- 熟悉中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局及中国银行保险监督管理委员会的相关法律法规
- 熟知银行产品、政策法规及操作流程，具备敏锐的市场洞察力
- 良好的团队合作精神
