Main Responsibilities:
1. Working in Guangzhou office, the successful incumbent will responsible for the overall design and development samples from HQ design team;
2. Ability to provide options and recommend solutions to problems.
3. Work closely with HQ-Design & development Team from analyzing market trend, formulating creative direction to transforming the creative design into marketable collections to our customers
4. Support the fabric &garment vender from getting order to production process.
5. Responsible for filtering the samples from vendor, and provide trendy idea to Sourcing team
6. Increase the working value and get considerable order rate and keep the whole team working well step by step.
7. Be clear of own responsibilities, and improve personal ability.
8. Other tasks Forever 21 HQ and Guangzhou Office assign.
