职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1. Manage sourcing team to source Apparel vendors and to reach sourcing work goal;
2. Set up Sourcing Manual and update periodically.
3. Oversee and provide efficient sourcing support to HQ development team, production team and design team;
4. Oversee and manage effective development and production coordination between HQ and Vendors;
5. Responsible to lead apparel sourcing team to source apparel vendors-Company or Factories, e.g.
--Men's Factories for sweater, shirts, tailored jackets and pants, outwear (heaving coats, fake leather, padded jackets etc.
--Women's Factories for Jacket/coats, blouse, denim, day dresses, sweater, top, Skirts, dress, pant, jackets and pants, outerwear, Bridal wear......etc.
- Children's Factory for all items
6. Provide up-to-date information of new vendors to QC Department on the progress of test orders.
7. Provide coaching to new vendors regarding to production procedure
8. Explore Vendors' Development Capacity, keep working with Vendor to make high-quality beautiful samples.
9. Work together with HQ buyer and be responsible of production follow-up with new sourced vendors.
10. Complete all tasks assign by HQ.
Job Requirements
1. Must have minimum 10 years managerial level experience with global/international Company
2. Must have experience working in reputable Global (European and USA) junior fashion retail chain stores/buying office.
3. Strong leadership and Team work spirit;
4. Have strong knits, sweaters and woven products apparel sourcing network / supplier database.
5. Actively involved in direct factories sourcing and negotiation, assists buyer in getting the most adequate products and best prices for the group.
6. Good at interpersonal communication skills and well coordination with buyer's vendors.
7. Must love fashion and have excellent "young fashion" style sense and product knowledge.
8. Able to handle stress under pressure to manage and develop business exceeding target.
9. Excellent written and spoken English
